The tracks filling my head space this month
Hi everybody, sorry for the late post this month, things again have been hectic (when aren’t they though) so just haven’t found the time to get this posted ! Summer so far has been a little hit and miss, some great, incredibly wam days, and other not so, and extremely rainy ones. Well as always another month, and a new playlist to let your ears feast on. As is always the case, it’s blend of genres from old 80’s classics, drum and bass, dance classic, some leftifield thrown in for good measure and modern indie.
As alway, i can appreciate the list might be quite long (even though its a little shorter this month), or perhaps you don’t have a spotify account. So to help i have included a Youtube playlist below, which boils down the songs, that are without doubt, in my opinion worth a listen:
Tears For Fears – Head Over Heels
Wagon Christ – Shadows
Boards of Canada – Roygbiv
Basement Jaxx – Rendez-Vu
Roni Size, Reprazent – Brown Paper Bag
T-Power Vs. MK Ultra – Mutant Jazz
Lisa Hannigan – Oh! You Pretty Things
Weval – You Made It (Part 2)
LA Priest – Beginning ( Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs Remix)
T.Rex – Children of The Revolution
Sir Was – Waiting For The Weekend
Jessie Ware – Running
The Alan Parsons Project – Sirius
This months list features Tears For Fears, Wagon Christ, Renegade Soundwave, Boards of Canada, Basement Jaxx, Roni Size, Massive Attack, T-Power, Lisa Hannigan, The Rolling Stones, PPJ, Weval, LA Priest, T-Rex, sir Was, Jessie Ware and The Alan Parsons Project. As always the varied nature of this list makes it ideal for anytime listening, so get the speakers turned up to 11 or get the head phones plugged in and treat your ears, and brain to some new music from the full playlist below. So until next month, be safe, look after each other, and enjoy the sun!
